DAMAGE IS DEFINED AS:

• Broken or snapped natural lashes 

• Gaps in natural lash line created by lash extension application

• Multiple natural lashes attached to a single extension

• Damage not caused by product or application but due to client health, aftercare, maintenance, or exterior influences outside MOONCAT LASHES&BROWS control does not qualify under guarantee.

   

 HOW CAN WE ENSURE OUR GUARANTEE?

• Assessing the client’s lash health at every appointment 

• Ensure lash length, and weight is appropriate for the natural lash to withstand

• A client must regularly clean the lash line with an extension-friendly cleanser and follow proper aftercare routine

• We educate all clients about the importance of proper home care
